By air
Oaxaca has an international airport (Xoxocotlán International Airport) that serves direct flights from major cities in Mexico and select international locations:
🇺🇸 From the U.S.: Look for direct flights from cities like Los Angeles, Houston, or Dallas. From other cities, you can fly into Mexico City and connect through Oaxaca.
🇲🇽 From Mexico: Direct domestic flights are available from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Cancún.

The flight from Mexico City to Oaxaca takes about 1 hour.
🇮🇱 From Israel: There are direct flights from Israel to Los Angeles. From Los Angeles you can take a direct flight into Oaxaca or stop off in Mexico City before coming to Oaxaca if you want to explore the city.
